Warranty

Disclaimer

All of our products are manufactured and inspected for the highest quality prior to shipping to customers.  Due to handling and storage some irregularities such as indents to the foam may be noticed, these however typically do not constitute grounds for warranty or returns.  This would be considered more of an aesthetic issue rather than damage to the integrity of the board such as delamination.

WARRANTY

Please review the package upon receipt and inspect for damage or manufacturing defects prior to first use.
If defects are found please reach out to Zetti support immediately and we will work out a solution or replacement. Warranty replacement does not apply if the product was purchased with prior knowledge of defect or is due to materials added or mishandling of product.
We will happily accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery if the product is in an unused and undamaged condition.
All of our products are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of delivery from manufacturing defects.

Limitations of Warranty

We manufacture our products with the highest quality of components and control. While we take care to make sure the highest quality product is shipped to our customers we cannot cover all damage incurred to the Product, and must exclude:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by overpressure
  • Impacts, scratches, or damage caused by foreign objects
  • Damage caused by collisions
  • Overexposure to UV, sun, salt, heat, or humidity
  • Improper storage
  • Damage caused by waves, shorebreak, or extreme weather
  • Damage caused by non-approved repair; professional or otherwise
  • Damage caused by unintended use of the Product; ie: rafting or towing behind boat
  • Damage caused by improper mounting outside of recommendations

  • Damage or personal injury caused by the user to others when using the Product

Warranty is only valid if product is used for its intended purpose; Wingfoil, Surfoil, Supfoil, Wakefoil, or Kitefoil in leisure and does not cover products used for hire or in competition.

Note:
During a crash the board may flip upside down exposing the hydrofoil. As the board rolls back, the hydrofoil may contact the user or puncture the wing canopy or bladder. Do your best to prevent high speed or extreme crashes that can result in these conditions. This is a common occurrence during foiling and is not covered by warranty.
